The National Heritage Administration’s Palace and Royal Tombs Division is excited to announce the lottery ticketing for the 2024 fall season of Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night Tour and Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour, offering visitors a serene and enchanting experience of the palaces under the moonlight.
2024 Fall Season of Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night and Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour information
Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night Tour
Dates: September 11 (Wednesday) – October 6 (Sunday), Wednesdays – Sundays
Times: Two sessions per day (18:40 and 19:40), lasting 110 minutes each
Fee: 60,000 KRW per person
Experience: A modern reinterpretation of the 12-course banquet served to kings and queens of the Joseon Dynasty, including a vegan menu option
Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour
Dates: September 12 (Thursday) – November 10 (Sunday), Thursdays – Sundays
Times: Six sessions per day (19:00 and 20:00), lasting 100 minutes each
Fee: 30,000 KRW per person
Experience: Explore the main halls such as Injeongjeon, Nakseonjae, and Yeongyeongdang, and enjoy performances throughout the tour
Special: Offered exclusively for foreigners on October 20, 27, and November 3, with English, Japanese, and Chinese commentary available

- Application Period:
Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night Tour: August 22, 2 PM – August 26
Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour: August 19, 2 PM – August 25
- How to Apply: Apply through Ticketlink (www.ticketlink.co.kr), with one application per account (ID) allowed, and up to two tickets per winner
- Winners Announcement:
Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night Tour: August 29, 2 PM
Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour: August 28, 2 PM
- Reservation and Payment: Winners can reserve and pay for their preferred date and session starting the day after the winners announcement at 5 PM
- Telephone Reservation: Reservations over the phone (☎1588-7890) for those aged 65 or older, disabled, and national merit recipients will also be available starting the day after the winners announcement at 5 PM
Reservation for Foreigners
- Reservation Period: Starting September 9 at 9 AM on a first-come, first-served basis (25 people per session)
- How to Reservation: Reservation through the Creatrip website (www.creatrip.com)
- Fee: 30,000 KRW per person
